This Privacy Policy describes how Solumi ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Solumi mobile application (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate Solumi and improve your experience.
Usage data. Anonymous information about how you interact with the Service — device type, operating system version, app version, screens visited, features used, and diagnostic events. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.
Subscription data. When you purchase a subscription, the transaction is handled by Apple. We do not see your payment method. We receive only anonymous identifiers needed to verify your subscription status.
Health and activity data. With your permission, Solumi reads selected categories of data from Apple HealthKit to provide its core experience. The categories we read are: sleep, steps, distance, resting heart rate, workouts, and mindfulness minutes. HealthKit data is read and processed on your device only. We do not upload, store, or transmit raw HealthKit values to any server. You can revoke HealthKit access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Solumi.
Information you provide. Names, preferences, mood entries, conversation messages, and any other text you enter into the Service. The bulk of this information is stored on your device. When you send a message to Solumi, the text of that message may be transmitted to a third-party AI provider to generate a response.
How we use information
- To provide and maintain the Service
- To generate personalised responses, reflections, and insights
- To verify your subscription and process billing through Apple
- To improve the stability, performance, and design of the Service
- To respond to your support requests
- To comply with legal obligations
Service providers
We work with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the Service, including providers of AI response generation, subscription management, and aggregated analytics. We share with them only the minimum information necessary to perform their services, and they are bound to handle that information confidentially.
We do not use advertising networks, social-media SDKs, or behavioural tracking services. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Data retention
Information stored on your device is retained until you delete it or uninstall the Service. Anonymous analytics data is retained for a limited period. Subscription records are retained as required by Apple and applicable tax and accounting law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Most of your data lives only on your device — you can delete it directly by uninstalling the Service or by using the in-app delete option in Settings.

Children's privacy
Solumi is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
International transfers
Solumi is operated from Georgia. Some of our service providers operate globally, and your information may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect your information during international transfer.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
